
Emma is a full-time Certified Behavior Consultant with Instinct Englewood, dedicated to helping families overcome behavioral challenges and build confident, trusting, and lasting relationships with their dogs. As both a Certified Behavior Consultant Canine (CBCC-KA) and Certified Professional Dog Trainer (CPDT-KA), she combines expert knowledge with a gentle, encouraging coaching style that empowers dogs and their humans.
She specializes in fear, anxiety, aggression, reactivity, and everyday life skills, including manners and foundational puppy training. As an experienced puppy raiser, Emma understands what young dogs need to grow into curious, confident, and well-adjusted companions. She loves guiding new puppy parents with clarity, compassion, and practical support.
Before joining Instinct, Emma trained dogs through Peace4Paws, helping foster dogs gain the skills and confidence needed to thrive in permanent homes. She works comfortably with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities, and is known for her calm, reassuring presence. Emma uses her expertise in canine body language to create customized training plans that support emotional wellbeing and deliver lasting results. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Integrative Animal Biology from the University of South Florida, where she graduated Cum Laude.
