How Instinct Memberships Work:

Choose Your Membership

Become a member and have between 1-4 coaching or home school sessions added to your account.

Schedule Sessions

Schedule those sessions with your trainer at a time that works for you.

Easy Renewals

On the same day of the next month, your membership will renew and you’ll have more sessions added to your account. Any unused sessions from the prior month will still be there to use, too!

Coaching Foundations (1 session per month) – $195 per month
Coaching Momentum (2 sessions per month) – $351 per month
Coaching Breakthrough (3 sessions per month) – $468 per month
Coaching Mastery (4 sessions per month) – $546 per month

Walk & Train Memberships

Walk & Train Foundations (1 per month) – $160 per month
Walk & Train Momentum (2 per month) – $288 per month
